Phone interview(intro + few basic questions),
Then a full day tech interview with senior engineer and\or group leader - technical questions - algorithms, design questions, implementation exercise.
Then senior manager interview and then HR interview.

Question 1
You have an array of numbers, you are given a pointer to the head of the array
For example : 4, 7, 12,10,15,8
What would be the logic to determine if
An element in the array exists that satisfies the following rule:
The sum of all the left elements is equal to the sum of all the right elements
In this example 10 is such an element, the sum on the left & right is equal to 23
How to do it in the most efficient way?
The Interview process was really fast and Structured. First we had a fitting Interview and After that a more specific Interview. You Need to Tell past experience and why Nice.

R1) Complete tech interview all common Java,spring boot ,Sql interview questions were asked and some questions like how to write Scalable API and some questions about microservices.
R2) Managerial interview so questions were about if i am aware of docker and kubernetes.What are my expectations and what am i expecting from Nice.
