Went through 3 rounds of interview with the recruiter, hiring manager, and senior product team. The hiring process was very haphazard, received no communication from HR. After the final round, was told I would hear back within a week and never received any news from the HR. Wrote to them asking for an update and was ghosted. I had a first round interview with the recruiter and the following week had a second round interview with the hiring manager. After being told I'd hear back by the end of the week, I didn't hear anything. Some feedback for recruiting - this is a very challenging time in a number of people's lives. Candidates appreciate updates and feedback even in normal times. In the future, if a candidate isn't moving forward please show them the courtesy of letting them know.
