I got a call from HR about the position and details on expectations etc.. Then scheduled one pair coding round with senior guy from UK which consist of assignment on processing csv file, I cleared the round, then immediately on same day HR scheduled Second round techno managerial in which I had to answer on my past project experience, designing, scaling, securing apps, very easy round if you answers all scenario with basic concepts.
Eventually I cleared this L2 round then one more round of discussion with Director after couple of days (till now HR was so cool, calling frequently and providing updates. )
Now again done with director round which was kind of general discussion and past companies, why NICE etc..
After this I got a congratulations mail of selection and asked to share all the documents with filled details on one of templated word document.
In fact at the last I got a call from HR and discussed on CTC and promise that they will provide the offer.
Last After couple of week also did not got any offer or updates from HR, in fact the HR who was calling while scheduling interview process did not answered the phone call, no response to email. At last I feel very immature unprofessional System of Nice.
At least they can answer and update whatever the status, Isn't it that childish thing of no response, no answer.
Rather finally I would say it's actually one kind of mental, emotional harasment for candidates after investing few week of process, and there is no conclusion.
I will advise to candidate, don't keep more hope from Them, if you have any other ongoing process with other organization keep it continue.
Height is that it's happened for 2 times with gap of 3 years, Never think about Nice, Hinjewadi, Pune, MH, India location. #unprofessionalPrivateSectorNiceHinjewadiLocation
