Nicholson Kovac has an extremely efficient interview process. After submitting my application i waited a few weeks to hear back from them and they scheduled an interview with me. When I arrived to interview, I waited only a few minutes before I was joined by the three people that would interview me. It was a laid back setting and very conversational. They asked me normal questions and were helpful in answering my questions. They got back to me with a final decision within three days.
