Interview
The worst interview ever experienced in my life. The interview process was quite formal as after resume shortlisting I was invited for an online aptitude test and then after clearing I was called for the physical Interview where I found that with me there were 20 people and we were told by the HR that we have to wait for 2-3 hours as the had some meeting etc. but we found that people who applied through references were coming after 2-3 hours for interview and they even not appeared for the Aptitude and assessment test however after getting rejected for the position I got to know that almost all of the selected candidates were those who came late because HR directly called them on the same day for Interview and they all candidates with reference got selected. This is the partiality which is against the genuine candidates.

Interview
Online assessment which was quite easy, group discussion on a very basic topics and final round is interview with manager which was moderate to difficult. Overall the process was easy and quick.

Situation based question and mostly from the past experience
The interview quite relaxing and the questions is on medium level of tough as they wanted to see your thought process. Overall good in explanation about the culture of working environment.
First they send an Aptitude Test Link after Orientation, If cleared then call at NIQ Office for Interview, which includes Basic Personality, Family Background Questions along with Excel and Proficiency Questions, Resume Questions with emphasis on Experience Questions.
