I interviewed at Nightingale Veterinary Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen with the current head of TA. Subsuquent steps would have included interviews with other members of the hiring team such as individuals in the executive team.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nightingale Veterinary Partners (New York, NY) in May 2024
Interview
Initial phone call with current TA person (45-60min). In-person with 2 others and the rest of the TA team (2-3 hours). Another in-person (4 hours) with ceos/founders plus lunch with 2 other people.
After all of this, I was ghosted without 1 word of feedback or even a formal rejection despite me following up with the TA person. Extremely unprofessional when someone has committed so much time to your interview process. One of the rounds also felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I hope they hire a Director soon who can teach these people about candidate experience and proper interviewing skills.
