Interview
No HR person onsite, went in and met with individual managers, called 'Directors' here. Some had a list of questions, some went ad-hoc and hadn't even read my resume beforehand.

None, really. I wasn't asked to write sample code, for example. Just asked, "How well do you know XYZ?"
