A very simple Aptitude Test in college premises. Then group discussion was the second round.And then personal interview was the last round. They didn't ask any technical questions at all. IT IS A TRAINING INSTITUTE WHICH HIRES STUDENTS AND ASK MONEY.

it will take 2 days for complete process.
They will ask about your self and java basic questions and after your joining you will be trained in java.
then some basic tasks are givven to you and training will be 2 months and working time is good .
