Introduction, basics of CV, company law basics and specifics related to area of interest. Interviewer was very helpful and even engaged in conversation on the topic. Overall, it was easy if you know your basics.

It was a telephonic interview. Multiple questions regarding prior internship experience, moot court experience and publications were asked. Questions pertaining to interest areas were also asked. In addition, the interviewer also helped understand the work culture and expectations of the firm.
