there no standard interview process ,it just a eye wash , he will call for interview and setup a interview and hve discussion around 1 hr and he will say that you have selected and you will get the call letter soon ,he will not send the call letter at all.........he is not ready to give a minimum salary pay scale............ He want employees to work in free off cost
