It was a very simple process, 2 interviews. One was done in a video call and the other one at the office, the interview at the office was long but interesting, they put a lot of effort in explaining what the company does and how it works.

The recruiter contacted me via WhatsApp instead of email to schedule the interview, which I found a bit unprofessional but acceptable. The interview itself was pleasant, though I didn’t get a clear idea of what they were looking for. The recruiter also couldn’t share a salary range, which I find surprising since transparency helps avoid wasting time for both sides. After the interview, I was told I would receive an update the following week. Two weeks later, I followed up and was told interviews were still ongoing, but I never heard back again. I find it quite unprofessional not to inform candidates after they have invested time preparing and taking time off work for the interview.
