      Associate Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Nitra (New York, NY) in Feb 2026

      Interview

The initial call is about 15-30 minutes and feels quite rushed. They straight up start the discussion with a flat-out "we work 24/7 including late nights and weekends." Quite a weird thing to start out with. Then they ask to hear more about yourself, why this company, basic questions.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Q: Is working late nights and weekends going to be a problem for you?
