Initially I was approached by the Recruiter on telephone who gave me a fair idea of the job role. She somehow hesitated to give me the JD for the position and messaged me on SMS about the interview round. I had to ask for an email call letter from her. She didn't mention any particular time slot for the interview and called me next morning to arrange the interview at a short notice. I declined and she politely rescheduled it to a convenient time.
The F2F (video) interview round went well but the interviewer was not convinced about my interest to join. The interviewer took time to explain the process they followed for referral. However no questions were asked to me pertaining to referral management.
I expected a more professional approach from the recruiting team to share a proper JD along with a formal interview invite by email, rather than chatting on SMS.
Also in video round, to join at the scheduled time and turn on the video on both sides.
