Initial meeting in person with John C and Kurt P as an intro to Nobelus. Jennifer joined for a bit via video, but had to leave the meeting early. They were very welcoming and did a good job of sharing information about the company, its growth plans and culture. We shared info about what they were looking for out of a marketing lead and I shared my skill set, areas I thought I could help with. After this meeting, I had another video call with Jennifer followed a week or so later with a call with Sean. During the whole process we were back and forth on a consulting role vs. a full time role, trying to determine what was best for both parties.
