I was approached by a recruiter regarding this position. Initial interview was a a telephone interview with the recruiter. First in-person interview was conducted in-tandem with three (3) persons conducting the interview - the hiring Business Intelligence Manager, the Operations Manager and the most-senior Support Engineer. My impression was that they seems fairly un-prepared for the meeting and had little questions other than a simple review of my resume' and experience. The final interview was a one-on-one session with the direct-hiring manager (BI Manager again), which was much more comfortable and insightful, allowing me to ask more direct questions about the position and HIS expectations for the role.
