The company’s work is genuinely promising, but the interview process was disappointing. It felt patronising and intrusive, with irrelevant personal questions and little understanding of the role itself. The interviewers seemed unprepared and uncertain about what they were looking for, which left a poor impression despite the company’s interesting mission.
