Too lengthy with 6-7 round spanning 2 months, they will schedule stupid rounds like hr round,cto round,ceo round for 1-1 hour and then ghost you , i would recommend to seriously avoid this org. It doesn't have future in India they lack their vision of Indian education system and are trying to make something like a teacher promote kind of system where like a YouTube channel you shall be promoted in case you attract more students

Poor rating because I never heard back - even after spending 1.5 hours talking to their team and completing live coding. 30 minute chat with the internal recruiter followed by a 1 hour Leetcode type interview with a developer. The second interview was a little strange as a frontend engineer, such a focus on algorithms but no appreciation of other parts of the skillset was odd. Lots of references to past redundancies and being required to change roles to fill gaps.
