It was pretty easy and straight forward. Just do a general prep and you should be fine. The first interview was simply to get an idea of what your personality is like. The second interview is more of a position overview with a few other questions in between (nothing too difficult).

Phone interview: getting to know me, what I would be interested in. Second interivew: with an assistant manager to discuss the job and if I had any questions. Third and FInal Interview: With the ceo to do an overview and more details about the pay and job. The main types of questions asked are typical: strengths, weaknesses, prior work experience.
