I was put forward by a recruiter for a management role, the interview was held in person and required a presentation with a series of technical questions. It lasted about two hours and it became apparent it was a box ticking exercise for the interviewers who showed very little interest outside of the rigid script that they were reading from. I wasn't offered the role which was communicated via an automated email which I thought was poor given the preparation time etc required, I then asked for feedback and didn't recieve a response which is also poor form. I've heard bad things from people who work here and the pay was low for the responsibility level, so I wasn't bothered that I didn't get the job however the follow up process was very low quality prompting me to write feedback.
