      Account Executive Interview

      Jan 2, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at North (New York, NY) in Nov 2025

      Interview

Unprofessional and drown out process. They seem very unorganized and took many weeks to move to the next stage. Communication was disrespectful at best. I learned I didn't get the job by a post on LinkedIn. I got to the last stage, the onsite presentation. The information I was given about the potential prospect changed when I got in the room. It wasn't just one detail, number of people, titles in meeting, need of the company, competition to name a few. I understand that sales reps have to be able to handle anything but throwing a complete change at a prospect that only can learn so much about your technology is unprofessional and unnecessary. The entire company went dark after they made a decision but could never have the professional courtesy to let me know they had made a decision.

      Question 1

They asked about competitors like I had access to battle cards.
