I applied online. I interviewed at North Italia (Cerritos, CA) in Sep 2024
Interview
Best interview I’ve ever had. The people are very bubbly and kind and don’t look down on you at all. I had no experience but got hired the same day (it was a job fair).
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at North Italia (Torrance, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Simple and easy 10 minute interview, basic questions and asking about background. Second interview was similar just with different manager. Said they would call me back in a few days and never did, gave them a call and the employee just told me the manager will reach out to me and to wait. Never got the call, would have been nice if they at least texted to let me know I did not get the job.
