Basic questions about subject matter, Powerpoint presentation on subject of interviewer's choice. What they didn't tell me during the interview process is that the Dallas County Community College system has a minimum pass rate - if you don't pass 80% of your students every semester, they require you to fill out a form indicating what you will do differently to make sure at least 80% pass. And, you don't get more classes.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at North Lake College (Irving, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Was referred by an employee. I applied and received a phone call to set up an interview. A few days later, I was contacted to set up a meeting that would be face-to-face. I went into their Irving Central Campus and interviewed with the program coordinator/hiring manager. Really easy to talk to, nice atmosphere. Mainly wanted to see if you would be a good fit for the team of instructors.
