Interview
Two interviews- one with recruiter, one with people on the marketing team. Didn’t get farther than that.
One was a short 15 minute interview, the other was 30 minutes.
They seemed unclear about whether they wanted the role to be hybrid or in person.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northcott Silk (Vaughan, ON)
Interview
There is no HR however a former manager that works under contract will contact you through Indeed and set up an interview.
It will start off with on-screen screening, then you move on to on-site interview where you will meet the VP of marketing and Marketing Manager.
If you are selected they will ask you a project base interview. A blog post, a marketing strategy, and proofing.
Lastly is more touching base
