I did 6 interviews over 6 months with Northern, met many of the team members and was really excited about working with them. Ultimately they went with another hire which was disappointing. The interview process in retrospect felt long and I do think I was strung along.

Rushed to a panel interview with the team. Asked very generic questions, told they are in a rush to hire and will get back to me soon then ghosted. This is the second time I was ghosted by Northern Commerce. It's unprofessional.
