I made an application online and was invited about 3 weeks later for an in-person interview with 3 interviewers. few days before the interview, I recieved an email with an excel sheet to work on and send back at most a day before the interview. after the interview, i was told they'll get back to me within that week but i never did until i reached out 2 weeks later
