The early rounds were engaging and gave me some space to show how I could truly add value in this role. But unfortunately the last interview felt like an afterthought. The interviewer seemed disengaged, lightly condescending, and lacked depth on the development side. The energy gave “last-minute meeting before clocking out.”
Despite being a strong fit, I was ghosted without any follow-up. For a company focused on improving real estate workflows, their own hiring process fell surprisingly short.
