The interviewer seemed disengaged, lightly condescending, and lacked depth on the development side. The energy gave “last-minute meeting before clocking out.” Despite being a strong fit, I was ghosted without any follow-up. For a company focused on improving real estate workflows, their own hiring process fell surprisingly short.
