Not too hard! one on one interviews. I liked all of the interviewers and felt comfortable. I went somewhere else with better pay instead, but I would have worked for this company too.

It was simple. You apply and you have the background that is teachable. You learn on the job. There is a small panel interview. You talk to someone from HR who does the recruiting and then you talk to a manager from NWC. They ask your background with corporate reception, but mostly behavioral questions about how you handle situations.
