Northwest Workforce Council interview questions

The usual suspects. You need to go to their main office in Bellingham to interview. Wait for a little bit and then the HR person comes to get you. One thing that's a little different, they give you a skills list and ask you to study it before the interview. They simply ask you what two skills from that list are the most important for the role and to give an example of when you've done that skill. Interviewed with Malinda and Scott. Both very welcoming and do their best to put your nerves at ease. The questions were fairly standard but be prepared to give examples of how you work with processes, documentation and how you work with different types of people. Specifically young people. After the questions, there's a writing exercise that asks you what went well, what was challenging and what you think you conveyed well. If you move forward then you have to interview with the Executive Director and they warn you that she can be tough to interview with.
