The interviewer was quite disgruntled at my experience, in which case don't take someone through to prescreen (it wastes everyone's time)
It wasn't what a usual prescreen interview entails it was more like a 1st stage interview
The role sounded different to the JD and I subsequently found out they'd tired to hire a few times for this role (very telling)
It took nearly 2 weeks to contact me after a prescreen (this isn't normal)

Interview
The interview process consisted of a formal panel interview of three people for the Welfare Benefits Adviser position. The panel explored my experience in welfare benefits advice, income maximisation, and supporting customers to sustain their tenancies, alongside scenario-based questions to assess my problem-solving approach and customer focus. I found the discussion constructive and engaging, and it provided a helpful insight into the team structure, service priorities, and organisational expectations
