Two Skype interviews. First with two employees in middle management. Second with the partner that runs the Payroll Auditing department. It was a very laid back and informal interview process. They had questions prepared but enjoyed going off topic and discussing personal experiences and likes/dislikes as well. One of the most comfortable interviews I have ever had.

I applied online for the interview. Days later, I received an email to select a time-slot to interview. The interview was held on campus through the university. It was a very laid-back atmosphere. The interviewer wanted to get to know the interviewee. When the interview was concluded, I was told I'd hear back within a week, in which I did, to schedule a secondary interview with the partners. I was given an option to select the date for the second interview as well.
