I applied online. The process was about 3 weeks. It starts with a 30 minute phone interview discussing the general job along with a review of my background and what I would be looking for in a new opportunity. I was invited for the On-site for a 2 to 3 hour interview with the Directors and Chief. Some behavioral and technical white boarding question along with an in-depth background about the company and their culture/ core values. I was really impressed with their various niches/ technology and overall ability of management. It really showed me the type of caliber individuals Novelty are looking to add to their team. The final round was a Skype Interview with the Head of their affiliated brand. I received an offer the same day. The overall experience is extremely Positive, Great Company and they are expanding the office.
