I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Novexco
Interview
I recently went through a screening interview with the HR Director at Novexco and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience.
Instead of arranging a call via email as most companies do, I received a surprise call out of the blue. Without any prior notice or time to prepare, I was asked standard HR screening questions, including why I wanted to work for the company.
Since I had applied to the role over 3 weeks ago, providing candidates with notice and preparation time would have allowed for a more meaningful and productive conversation.
Additionally, I was asked about my salary expectations but was told that the company could not disclose the budget for the role at this point. This lack of transparency, combined with the unstructured approach to scheduling interviews, reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and organization.

Question 1
How would your past work experience benefit you in this role?
Easy and efficient. Good conversation and the team seems really nice. Difficult to find the entry. The question where to the point and relevant with the job. Nice experience over all

Question 1
Why do you want to work for novexco? What’s your goal in 5 years?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Novexco (Markham, ON) in Feb 2014
Interview
Professional, but laid back. More of a conversation to see if I would be a good fit. No behavioural questions but discussed my background in detail. Also got a good sense of what the job requirements were and what the day to day would be like
