Telephone interview with CFO consisting of brief questions about my background and some small talk. Follow up email from CFO asking if I could meet with the CEO in person the following week. Email also mentioned that a test would be administered to measure my math and bookkeeping abilities. First part of in person interview went fine, CEO seem perfectly nice. Second half was the test. It was timed. I took an hour and wasn't sure if I answered a couple of the bookkeeping questions on costs of goods sold, bond interest payable and finished goods. Sent follow up email to CFO asking if there were any issues with my test answers and let him know which questions I had trouble with. He responded in the next day saying he had not spoken with the CEO about my interview or the test. I replied that I would wait to hear from him. Week later...nothing. Sent one last email asking if they had made a decision and if he could give me any constructive feedback about the interview and the test results so I could be prepared and brush up, practice for future job interviews. I never received a response.
