The HR interview was straightforward and mainly focused on salary expectations. They don't offer salary matching and pay is less than standard. The second interview was more technical, covering questions about my recent projects as well as several technical and programming-related topics. Overall, it was a good learning experience. However, the interview process seemed to place a much stronger emphasis on SAS programming ability, with relatively little focus on soft skills, leadership experience, or team management capabilities.
