The process was odd, I had a phone screening with pretty basic questions and was then invited for a 1h interview with the hiring manager. Again, the questions were very basic, a lot of questions regarding timeline of education and favorite subjects in uni. I got interrupted in my answers and the hiring manager could not really provide answers about projects in CPH or objectives and KPIs to hit. A day after the interview I got called again by the hiring person to ask the same questions again, when I went to which university and so on (things that a stated in the CV). A week later I got called again where I got preliminary feedback from the Novutech country manager in Denmark and got information regarding salary. For the qualifications, education, and skills they demand it is laughably low, I withdrew my application. I hope that there will be a more structured interview process in the future, it felt very odd and not serious, maybe my experience is a one off.
