      Executive Operations Partner Interview

      Mar 1, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nscale (London, England) in Feb 2026

      Interview

Three stages. 1) Talent Acquisition Partner 2) SVP Special Projects 3) COO I didn't make it to the third round and received an automated generic rejection. Disappointing to say they are a 'human-first' organisation when the interview process felt anything but. While the initial chat was promising, the second stage with the SVP was disjointed; the questions felt like "gotcha" tactics rather than a genuine exploration of my fit for the JD she wrote. Authentic culture starts with authentic leadership.
