They have a three-round process: 1.Phone screening 2. In-person interview with HR 3. Second Interview with the Senior management
After the first phone screen with the recruiter, I was a little skeptical of whether I would move on to the second round since I was quite nervous during my phone interview. When I got a call back to arrange an in-person interview, I was ecstatic, not expecting to make it to the second round. The HR interview process went quite well and but I believe they could be much more pleasant when dealing with candidates or their guests. I had successfully passed the first & second and managed to even get to the third round of interview which involved more like a group/panel. I must say their third-round process seemed very nerve-wrecking until the senior management made me feel very comfortable before the interview began.
