previous phone interview with OPS Manager went well, several months later was interviewed on site. Phone interview was first of OCT and on site interview did not occur until the middle of Dec. In Jan 2017 I pushed NuScale to make a decision on my application, 4 months process time seemed very unreasonable to me. Priorities for this company seemed to be "one tracked" and even though this position had been open for some time, filling the position did not appear to be a priority (even though I was told it was.) I just checked the NuScale website and see the position is sill open (2/12/17). NuScale is a "start up company" with a terrific design for the Nuclear Power Industry, however I believe the "maturity" of this company is not where it should be yet in the Nuclear Industry and I am thankful they did not make me an offer that I would have possibly regretted later.
