Initially they ask for you to take a few computer tests. Not to bad and interesting to take. Then, upon completing them, they set up a 30min video interview and if that goes well, they send another "sales" type of test for you to take. I thought I did really well, but unfortunately did not go further - they called me and said they they had another candidate better qualified. I thought they were very professional.
