O processo seletivo foi por etapas: Envio de currículo, screening por video call e posteriormente uma entrevista presencial na empresa.
O foco da entrevista presencial é mais direcionado a filtrar candidatos que se encaixam na cultura da empresa, e em segundo plano as qualidades técnicas. Essa etapa é uma maneira de observar a empresa e as pessoas que trabalham nela, que por sinal são em sua maioria jovens e com disposição.
Eventuais despesas para participar do processo foram pagas pela empresa, o que é um ponto positivo.

They have a Webinar and machine test as initial screening process.
Implement a method for an in-memory database. Update an existing field, or create the record and field if they don't exist.
Codesignal round with some DSA / OOP is the first pre screening, Each question is in increasing difficulty, there are 4 questions. It is important to manage time as there is just 90 minutes to complete the task, ran out of time and was not able to even start the 4th problem.
