Very poorly ran and lack of structure. Interviewer constantly interrupted and kept asking more questions within my answers without waiting for the actual answer. The interview seemed more focused on my previous employer and proceeded to ask very specific questions about the company without any relation to how my work experience applied to those questions. Proceed to keep asking similar questions worded in different ways. Followed by asking what are things I don't like about my previous job and kept asking about issues in my previous employment and said "surely, there must be something wrong with my employer or something I don't like". Very little focus was placed on asking about my work experience and how it related to the role. The whole experience was very strange and left a very weird feeling about them and how they run they're company. At the end when I asked the interviewer questions, they proceeded to give very vague questions and circle around the subject. I would be wary about this company and make sure to do full research and be careful about the whole process.
