The interview process began with a screening call from the internal recruiter. The 2nd stage of the process was a zoom call with the hiring manager. The 3rd stage of the process was a Case Study that was to be completed and presented to a panel of employees.
After a lengthy process, I was not followed-up with, and had to reach out to the internal recruiter and hiring manager twice before receiving a response. This was after having invested 20 hours in the process, which included reviewing data across 5 spreadsheets, to then formulate a presentation with. A recommendation for improvement to this process would be to provide the candidate with 1) proactive and timely updates, and 2) feedback as to why the candidate was/was not selected.
