Interview
Interview was in spring of 2013. Meeting was face to face with senior executive handling large accounts for Numerex, one of the leading companies in IOT and machine to machine. IOT is a hot area, and Numerex is a highly respected and publicly traded firm. I knew people at the company, so I was able to move quickly to a face to face meeting. The company talks about offering DNA - device, network, applications, and I had mobile experience so I was able to relate that to the sales needs of Numerex.

I was asked to justify my compensation in the form of return to the company - revenue generation, margin, et cetera. The executive was very focused on numbers, not on sales process
resume submission, HR will get in contact afterwards. phone interview with two of the department heads at headquarters- nothing too formal. meet with HR manager to learn more about company atmosphere and values; was notified within a week on getting the position
