Interview
It was a very structured set of interviews. All the interviewers were well prepared. There were both technical and non-technical interviews. The technical interviews were conceptual. Non-technical ones were more case questions.

Interview
The interview process was very pleasant. I could feel the excitement of the team members who were happy to have me visit. I have interviewed at a lot of companies and this was the first time where I felt a genuine interest in myself beyond my qualifications. Throughout the whole process the recruitment team and management was transparent, accommodating and considerate of my needs.

Two consecutive Phone talks which first is HR and second is with a relevant Technical Program Manager. Afterwards an assignment to complete. A final on the site interview with several different aspects from technical knowledge to management
