I can't remember the interview questions word for word exactly as this was a few years back. But I was asked something along the lines of: - What do you know about Nurse Maude? - What drawn you to apply for this role? - What do you say when a relative informs us of patients death? - Tell me of a time you solved a customer's problem (apply STAR technique) - Tell me of a time when you worked in a group (apply STAR technique). I think the question also covered deadlines. - I can't remember but I think there was a question on time management and deadlines (apply STAR technique). - I think there may have been a questions on strengths, weaknesses, goals, and motivation; but I am not too sure.
