Detailed interview process with 2 interviews and an online skills and aptitude test. First interview was general. Second interview was more detailed. CEO and head of sales involved in both. Did online test between the two interviews. Was significant delay after 2 interviews to coming up with a decision on how things would move forward, which was frustrating and unprofessional!
