Brutal interview process. Initial recruiter was great, had a good screening call and two weeks later a Teams interview with hiring manager and their boss. Five weeks go by without a peep, then a different recruiter reaches out for another Teams call. New recruiter has taken over the position, and asks questions like we’re starting from scratch. Why do you think you’re a good fit? Well I’ve already told several people why. Lays out a rough timeline for an additional interview, which puts the time between interviews at two months. I know HR is not necessarily representative of the real side of the business so I’m rating it neutral. Haven’t had an offer yet, but haven’t reached that stage yet.
