Straight forward take home assessment. Not to complicated if you know what you're doing. Was asked questions about my implementation and got to talk to others on the team. Overall a good process

Got an initial call with the hiring manager and after that a take home test. - First set of rounds, 2 with Devs and cultural round with PM - Another set of rounds with CTO, Architect & HR - Few days later, just got a default template 'After carefully considering your qualifications..........' and got a cliche reject email. - Very negative experience, no feedback at all on the interview after giving time and energy for 7-8 rounds of being interviewed. It felt like my time didn't matter to them. - Poor communication. - Just because you call yourself 'laid back' doesn't mean you have to be unprofessional. - Would wholeheartedly decline future interview requests if any happens as i am sure from my previous exoerience, i wont be missing out much.
