I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OGL Software (Stourport-on-Severn, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very professional, structured and well paced.
There were 2 physical interviews after the initial conversation on the phone with the HR administrator.
1st interview: Loads of behavioural questions (e.g., If you had this experience... what would you do?)
2nd interview: a 10-15 min presentation on a subject of your choice, followed by a 40-60min shadow in your potential new office (noisy and active office, but people seemed friendly), then back to the conference room for the final meeting.
(NOTE: The 2nd interview, I was told via email and phone call who I would be meeting, when I got there none of the people were there and I ended up meeting other people from the company (So they were just random managers/people))
-They don't give you any information or feedback when you're meeting with them WHATSOEVER.
- Nor do they want to tell you what your salary will be (but they will ask you what your pay expectations are, but getting the actual pay scale from them is like pulling teeth)
- They have no respect for the candidate’s time (will make you wait and wait (2 weeks?) for the next interview, then will make you wait even longer to let you know if you were successful or not ( I waited almost 1 month from the 1st contact with them to get any final answer, it all seemed great and "we're just waiting to hear back from the line manager").
- Afterwards: No pro/con feedback
