The interview process went very smooth. First a phone interview for approx. 15 minutes with a talent acquisition specialist and second a virtual Microsoft Teams interview for approx. 60 minutes with the direct supervisor and other team members.
When I interviewed - It was a 2 interview in person process. I believe now it is a screening call with Hr and then an interview with the Student Services Manager.
